* our listings are free: you contact the
owner of the property which interests you and conduct your business directly
with them
* Phone calls: if you feel that your french
isn't up to making the first contact with the owner we can step in and help.
Up to ten calls with written report on each sent by email to you. Cost: €50
(payable in advance by PayPal - just click on the button below, pay and contact us by email.)
* Meet & Greet transfer service: once you
have chosen a few properties we can arrange to meet you at either Carcassonne
or Toulouse airport and take you to the properties with whom you have appointments. Cost: €500 per day, lunch, petrol etc included.
NOTE: we are not estate agents and do not take any commission whatsoever from customers or agencies.
