Local estate agents in the Haute Garonne admitted yesterday that prices had 'eased' by 6 or 7% over the past few weeks and that properties were taking 6 months to move rather than the customary 3. They expect prices to stabilize over the coming months. Depends a lot on what the European Central Bank does with interest rates over the next few months too.
