Not only has June been - so far - the coldest and wettest since records began but it comes with equally depressing news for the French on all fronts: Les Bleus are imploding in S Africa, unemployment figures are shooting up and, ooh la! la!, the French will now have to work until they are 62 to collect a pension! Depression all round. And that's reflected in this month's list: most are under 50,000 euros and those a bit above are all in good nick.
