What's likely to happen in 2012? Well, a lot of observers foresee a total implosion of the Euro and a return to protectionist national currencies amid a general global credit crisis. I don't subscribe to this theory. I feel that European politicians will muddle through with compromise and makeshift arrangements. This is the real world and this is how we all solve our problems. The Euro will fall somewhat against both sterling and US dollar, enough to make the Eurozone more competitive and to reduce the debt burden.Meanwhile in France ... property prices will continue to fall.
