Cheap French Property
property listing dated 3rd February 2010
'The Economist' reckons that French housing prices still have quite a bit to fall - about 24% or so. The villages of Ryanairland are blooming with 'for sale' signs as the Brits head back home to where their pounds are (still) worth something. This abundance of property on the market drives down the prices of local, unrenovated housing. Avoid buying from a embittered Brit: he/she is trying to get back what they put in ... and will be offended by realistic offers.
